I am so against with the idea of drinking alcoholic beveragse. Knowing the bad effects of it like liver cirrhosis & social issues, I closed my mind from it having that shallow idea about alcohol. Every time I hang around, I only take teas, juices, or fruit shakes. On the otherhand, my friends order soda, cola, wine, beer, & any drinks that contain alcohol. I freak out. I keep on telling them not to drink those drinks. In lieu of letting them know that I am so concerned of their health, I turned out to be uncool. It even went to the point that they don’t require me to be with them in the coursework of hang outs. They never informed nor invited me in some parties because of my attitude. I felt bad. I even got mad at them that I tolerated not seeing nor calling them. I neither answered their calls. I attempted to get along with the other group of friends I casually speak with. But I feel lost & so out of place. I even tried hanging out alone hoping to create new friendship. But regrettably, I never enjoyed a single moment of those days. My life was so incomplete. The enjoyment I have with my elderly friends cannot be compared than going along with others. Eversince they separated, I longed to be with them again. To justify my hysterical mind about alcohol, I did some research. There I discovered lots of information about that despite the bad effects of alcohol in health, it may even be beneficial. Actually alcohol in any beverage are maintained in to a level that would not toxify you when taken in moderate amount everyday. & brilliantly, I was surprised to find out a long list of wine’s health benefits that I also desired to share with you. But I desired to make this clear, that this is for the wine only. For other drinks, I haven’t seen much benefits like this lots of as of wine.
