Eating a well balanced diet & avoiding substances like alcohol, drugs & tobacco which negatively affect brain chemistry can make a major difference to your emotional & physical health.
So can also exercise. It might appear unusual for you to think exercise can help with my emotions, but itâs true. Again, keeping the body physically fit has a domino effect, enabling all of the various systems to work properly. As tiny as 30 minutes a day of exercise can be to keep your engine purring & your brain responding correctly.
